This highly useful millennial infographic details the attitudes of Gen Y in regards to data-targeting and online privacy. Arguably the first generation of digital natives, millennials are also the most likely to have valuable information that is particularly vulnerable to being hacked, whether that is sensitive banking information or a host of social media profiles.
An interesting and poignant tidbit from this technologically focused millennial infographic is the fact that although 95% of the generation have taken action to protect their privacy online, they are still much less likely to opt out of targeted brand communications. With 44% of millennials even believing targeted ads to be useful to them, it is clear that there are slight contradictions in the generation raised to "exploit human interest."
