'FlavorSum,' the Fenton, Missouri-based food flavoring manufacturer, announced the acquisition of 'Meridian Flavors,' a flavor portfolio company. As part of this acquisition, FlavorSum will develop new flavor offerings as it continues to adapt to consumer demands. According to the CEO of FlavorSum, Brian Briggs, the company will use Meridian Flavors to "help our current and future customers achieve their growth goals.”
FlavorSum has continued to acquire smaller flavor profile manufacturers in recent years as it continues to expand its services across North America. Through these constant acquisitions, FlavorSum is aiming to leverage its expertise in the industry to help accelerate the growth of small-to-medium-sized restaurants and food manufacturers that work with it in a professional sense.
