Citizen Promaster Intorduces The Mechanical Diver 200M

Citizen Promaster, a sub-brand of Citizen specializing in premium sports watches, has announced the launch of its Mechanical Diver 200M, an all-new timepiece that serves as an update to its 1977 Challenger Diver.
In addition to reviving the old-school Challenger, the new watch draws inspiration from an Australian timepiece discovered on Long Reef Beach in 1983 and, as a result, blends various elements to create a one-of-a-kind model. For example, the Mechanical Diver 200M revives the Challenger's original 41mm case while introducing Citizen's signature scratch-resistant 'Super Titanium' alloy. Meanwhile, powering the watch is a Cal.9051 automatic movement with manual winding, which now features advanced magnetic resistance and a 42-hour power reserve.
