Transport trucks are one of the biggest sources of CO2 on the road and being so essential in the shipment of goods, innovations must create alternative energy solutions for these hulking 18 wheelers. The Mazda Transport Truck Concept would be one of the greenest semis on the road if it ever gets made.
Designed by Vyacheslav Kazarinov, the Mazda Transport Truck Concept features a hybrid engine, dually powered by diesel and hydrogen cells. As well it is partly powered by solar batteries and as a wind generator inside the air intake. Oh, and the design ain't too shabby either.
