M&S customers are now able to utilize a new Wine Finder tool powered by artificial intelligence to help them find the right bottle for their unique preferences. The exceptional service, available across more than 500 stores, will allow customers to benefit from tailored wine recommendations that are available in their chosen store. Incorporating technology from the M&S Food digital catalogue, this tool also enables consumers to see the stock of their local stores helping them plan and create shopping lists based on product availability.

By utilising AI, the Wine Finder tool helps encourage customers to try different regions, grapes and bottles they’ve not considered before.
