At first the Magna Pars Suites Milano may seem like a typical modern designer hotel. The cozy minimalist decor and spacious setting offers a breath of fresh air for tired travellers. Nevertheless, it does have something up its sleeve. Touted as "the world's first hotel-à-parfums," it has taken over the old perfume factory that was once helmed by the Martone family.
Since moving from Milan, the Martone family has slowly converted the space into a temporary home for events, offices, communication and creative studios. Introducing a more permanent fixture, the Magna Pars Suites Milano brings a touch of the famous fragrances back to the defunct factory. For instance, the lofty suites are modeled after olfactory essences like flowers (Gardenia, Jasmine, Neroli and Magnolia) and woods (Vetiver, Sandalwood and Patchouli).
