Oakley Presents a Lunar New year Capsule for 2024
Amy Duong — January 4, 2024 — Art & Design
Oakley introduces a bold new range to ring in the 2024 year of the Dragon with the Lunar New Year capsule. It is inspired by the strong energy of the Wood Dragon and this marks the brand's first capsule that honors the dragon and its demeanor.
There are four pieces in the capsule including the reimagined Holbrook, Sutro eyewear, Line Miner Goggles, and the MOD1 helmet. All of these are revamped with a tonal palette and motifs that celebrate the Dragon. The brand explains that the new collection “encourages wearers to depart from tradition and boldly embrace the future. Notably, [the dragon] is distinguished for its daring, and future-forward nature, traits which the brand embraces and brings to life in its newest collection.”
