First of all, you should definitely peruse Chris La Brooy's website -- his designs are marvelous and mesmerizing. More specifically, check out the Love 3D Typography as one of many wonderfully creative examples of how the illustrator brings text to life.
For this project, the artist chose to represent the letters L, O, V and E as costumes, worn here by digitally rendered characters. Since the word "love" is an emotion, it made sense to have it represented by those who have the capacity to feel it. We can see the bare legs and arms of the wearers as they pose together in large and plushy stylized letters. Love 3D Typography is finished in colorful fabrics and further textile detailing with strings and lace.
