The Lotus C-01 motorcycle is a real-world superbike if there ever was one. It doesn't hurt that it was masterminded by none-other-than TRON designer Daniel Simon. The slick shape is reminiscent of the light bike that is featured in the reboot of the film franchise. Yet the Lotus C-01 motorcycle strikes a balance between the British company's past designs and a modern touch.
Planning to produce 100 Lotus C-01 motorcycles in partnership with German manufacturer Kodewa, the company brings to life a fantasy bike. It will be available in liveries including classic British racing green and the Martini colors. Simon says, "We have worked hard to create a motorcycle with very distinctive features such as a clean main body, an extremely low side profile, a bold stance, a unique air intake, logical partline solutions and clean graphics."
