Goodyear Helps Build a Life-Size LEGO Truck to Assist Drivers on the Road

Goodyear and LEGO have joined forces to create a 1:1 life-size LEGO truck for charity. The truck is currently on display in an exhibit in Germany.
As a support for DocStop, a European commercial vehicle drivers’ initiative to assist and provide truck drivers with health care while they're on the road, the two companies have collaborated to build the monumental vehicle that stands at 2.5 meters wide x 3.5 meters high x 2.5 meters long. The truck was built with over 410 hours and 250,000 LEGO bricks, putting the weight of the truck at around 740 kilograms, which makes it "among the largest LEGO models in the world."
Running for 10 days, the life-size LEGO truck is being auctioned off on eBay this coming October 19th to 29th.
