Life with Roozle is a blog by two LGBT moms living in Boston. Named after their daughter, the parents have since started a new series that captures how their little one falls asleep. Getting any toddler to bed is a chore fit for saints, yet Casey Carey-Brown and her wife have seemed to nail it with an artistic twist.
Arming their little daughter with coloring books, crayons and markers, she quietly doodles away until she falls asleep. Life with Roozle looks like it has never been easier. Sometimes she even nods off with the crayons still in her hands. Carey-Brown tells Huffington Post, "I've always gone in to check on her before I go to bed, but these days with a very active 4-year-old, I find that capturing a moment of sleeping Roozle helps me as a parent too. Time slows down, just for a moment, in the midst of all the chaos."
