The surface of the LeviTable by Peter Zsolt Koren, a designer based in Hungary and executive of Hazai Design, looks as though it is defying gravity. Although some people would like to think that the designer simply used the levitating spell 'Wingardium Leviosa' from 'Harry Potter,' the illusion behind the design is not so magical.
Instead, the LeviTable by Peter Zsolt Koren rests on two pairs of legs fashioned out of clear plexiglass to give it the look that it is floating in midair. Aside from this modern aesthetic, the piece of furniture is rather basic. It sports clean lines and a wooden tabletop made out of laminated antique walnut. Nevertheless, other sizes and colors can be used upon request.
