The Larkbeck furniture collections is a collaborative effort that explores the artistic potential of various home designs. In this case, the founders of the brand, Rafe Mullarkey and Laszlo Beckett, have concentrated on cabinets for pieces that are at once sculptural and contemporary.
Made up of two lines, Sarasa and Fold, the Larkbeck furniture collections may be quite different, but they still manage to complement each other. It helps that the pieces making up each collection are carved out of solid hardwood. Laszlo Beckett's Sarasa editions are nevertheless much more intricate while Rafe Mullarkey's Fold editions boast bolder silhouettes.
Debuting at Design Shanghai, the first ever exhibition of UK design within China, the Larkbeck furniture collections are sure to receive a warm welcome due to high craftsmanship.
