Industry of All Nations, also known as IOAN unveils the Landing House, which is a contemporary wooden pavilion that is found in the Mojave Desert by the iconic Joshua Tree National Park. It is a perfectly designed balance of harsh and delicate landscapes, ensuring that it is sensitive to the natural environment it is surrounded by.
Brothers Fernando, Juan Diego, and Patricio Gerscovich started the sustainable design back in 2019. They were in awe of the landscape and the way that the natural light fell to the location. Fernando Gerscovich, who is an architect born in Buenos Aires shared the importance of minimizing any impact it had on the natural landscape. He states, “The landscape is harsh, and it can take decades for a plant or tree to recover if displaced from its delicate ecosystem."
