Miso Robotics is on a mission to revolutionize the restaurant and prepared food industries with robotics and artificial intelligence solutions, including its new kitchen robot, Robot on a Rail (ROAR.) This innovation for commercial kitchens takes up virtually no space at all, as Flippy—the world's first autonomous robotic kitchen assistant—is situated upside-down on a floor-mounted rail.
