The Kiridashi pocket knife was designed as a 'stripped down pocket knife,' using traditional compact and rugged Japanese design. With a variety of uses including carving, cord cutting, opening boxes, gardening and prying, these utility knives are simple and highly functional.
Each knife is hand-made to order, making every one unique and slightly different. The Kiridashi comes with a leather sleeve that can be customized by each individual consumer to preserve the knife from scratches or weather. Each knife was made with recycled steel that is easy to sharpen, highly durable and will maintain it's shape longer.
The Kiridashi pocket knife is available for $150 online, and will be created to suit either left handed or right handed consumers and in a variety of three color options.
