Throughout the course of a backpacking trip, packs can become increasingly uncomfortable (especially as the terrain changes,) but the Kelty Reva pack for women is designed to keep hikers' packs as comfortable and form-fitting as possible. The 60 liter hiking backpack makes use of Kelty's 'Kinesis' technology, a system that automatically adjusts the straps as the wearer's weight displacement shifts over the course of a hike.
Though it might sound futuristic, the Kelty Reva's Kinesis system is simple to use. Before wearing the pack, consumers loosen all four of the adjustable strap segments on their pack. They then don the bag and adjust the waist and shoulder straps to a comfortable level, pull the "perfect fit" straps to get a comfortable fit over the top of the shoulders, and fine tune the weighting by pulling the load lifter straps. The Kinesis hip belt will then automatically move with one's body, preventing pinching and chafing.
