Benjamin Starr finds artist John Kenn who loves to doodle and create monsters on post-it notes. All of the images are on the small office sticky paper, which makes the drawings more interesting and creative.
With intricate trees and monsters displayed on every note, these sticky notes are not to be tossed in the garbage. With such a small space to create such elaborate pieces, Kenn has to make sure that every pen stroke counts. He does this by building up very fine lines in order to create fur, water or any other design within his drawings.
The artist also direct’s childrens shows where child-like elements are seen within every individual sketch. John Kenn even has a blog where he shows off his latest Post-it masterpieces. The monster doodles are spectacular and show just how much you can create with such a small area.
