Mini has released official photos of its new John Cooper Works Paceman. The three-door version of the Countryman, the four-door Mini, is set to make its official debut at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show. The JCW Paceman is a stronger and more stylish version of the Paceman. It sports a 4-cylinder 1.6-liter twin-scroll turbocharged engine good for 218 horsepower and 207 pound-feet of torque. The John Cooper Works Paceman can do 0 to 60 in 6.5 seconds and hit 127 mph.
The exterior is highlighted by 18-inch wheels and a sexy red-on-white paint job. The interior can be customized with a variety of goodies, including red leather seats. Since the John Cooper Works Paceman is still a concept, don’t hold your breath for pricing or availability details anytime soon.
