JM Architecture has designed the Jesolo Lido Pool Villa in Italy as a zero energy-costing structure. Due to the warmer weather all year round in the area, combined with the insulation and materials used, the house is set to cost absolutely nothing for energy bills.
While the low maintenance costs are an advantage, there are other clear bonuses to living in the space too. The outside area features a stunning lap pool, and the inside is equipped with state-of-the-art audio and video devices built into the walls.
