In order to cope with her mother's sudden passing, photographer Jennifer Loeber created an archival photo series to express her grief.
Loeber explains, “I found myself deeply overwhelmed by the need to keep even the most mundane of my mom’s belongings.” Her photography series, titled 'Left Behind,' offered Loeber a form of emotional release from the feelings of anxiety and sadness that her mother's belongings stirred in her.
