The Jeep Avenger 4xe combinines the distinctive design and versatility of the Avenger with the Jeep’s all-wheel-drive technology. The vehicle is equipped with a Hybrid 48-Volt powertrain and an automatic 6-speed dual-clutch transmission. The Avenger 4xe’s all-wheel-drive system ensures 4x4 capability is always available when needed, enhancing off-road fun and all-weather drivability. The system includes a Selec Terrain function, allowing drivers to choose the most suitable mode for any situation. The Avenger 4xe also introduces a new Multilink rear suspension scheme, designed to increase comfort on rough roads by providing greater articulation on the rear axle.
The Avenger 4xe couples a 136 hp (100 Kw) thermal engine with two electric motors, each producing 21 kW, capable of moving both axles and delivering a torque of 1900 Nm at the rear wheels. This setup allows the vehicle to reach speeds of up to 194 km/h, accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 9.5 seconds, and offers an enhanced driving experience in Sport mode through the e-Boost function. The Avenger 4xe is not just a variant but a new model with dedicated exteriors and interiors, increased functionality, and two new trims: Upland and Overland. Orders for the Avenger 4xe will open by Q4 2024.
