Intuit India's Partnership with Leading With Pride Supports LGTBQ Workers
A year ago, Intuit India’s employee resource group, Pride Network, formed a strategic partnership with Leading With Pride, a leadership development initiative designed for LGBTQ+ early-career professionals and their allies. This collaboration provided a structured mentorship experience, pairing six of Intuit’s senior leaders with mentees for a journey of mutual growth.
The program offered critical guidance to the mentees, helping them confidently embrace their authentic selves and pursue their career aspirations. The program aimed to reduce feelings of imposter syndrome by fostering an environment of support and acceptance, ensuring that LGBTQ+ employees felt fully valued and included in the workplace.
The mentors were also encouraged to examine their biases and strengthen their allyship, allowing them to support their peers better. This introspection helped them grow personally and enhanced their ability to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for all employees.
