Modern and minimalist, the Interioricity Lamp is nevertheless full of character. The way its copper body is perched on thin, spidery legs gives the design an insect-like look that is more endearing than repulsive. As though frightened by its own shadow, the body of the Interioricity Lamp leans back in a dramatically adorable way. With this in mind, it is hard to be afraid of such a 'critter.'
The Interioricity Lamp was created by zwei21, a design studio based in Coburg, Germany. A great alternative to the traditional task lamp, it is especially useful when shining a direct light on reading materials, personal projects and more. The cylindrical body is complemented by a textile cord that connects to two other light sources. This allows a workspace to be lit up from various locations.
