Strangers on Instagram Help a Man Propose to His Fiance
Jennifer Paul — February 17, 2014 — Tech
People came together to make this Instagram Proposal happen for Carter Moore. Carter asked Brookelynn Howe to be his fiance with the help of some people he had met on Instagram. The whole charade was assisted by the help from a group of Portland-based strangers who Carter had reached out to through the photo-sharing social network. Carter planned the entire thing, he just needed to enlist some help to make sure that it was perfectly executed.
After two years of dating, Cater wanted to pop the question. He knew that Portland's Oregon coast would be the perfect location to pop the question, he just didn't know enough about the area. He did however follow people on Instagram who knew the area very well.
Moore found photographer Branden Harvey who immediately loved the idea of helping. This Instagram proposal was definitely a long shot but Carter's friends created a video of the event and the rest is history.
