It’s about time that somebody figured out that irons should work off of induction heating. How many times has someone made the accidental (foolish) mistake of touching the iron because they didn’t know it was on?
Therese Glimskär in collaboration with BASF (makers of the heat resistant plastic ULTRADUR) has created the Induction Iron. It works off of electormagnetic technology that causes the instant heating process only when the iron is on a piece of clothing.
