The Paragon is a highly innovative induction cooktop, designed by General Electronics subsidiary FirstBuild, that is designed to provide precision cooking at an affordable price and in a convenient package. This cooktop is wirelessly paired with a temperature sensor and also linked with an iOS app, and harnesses technology to make cooking stress-free.
The Paragon's temperature sensor can be magnetically attached to pots and pans and is highly accurate to within half a degree Celsius. Continually monitoring temperature, it sends wireless information to the cooktop via Bluetooth and automatically adjusts heat levels to ensure that the correct temperature is maintained throughout the entirety of the cooking process.
Each sensor lasts for three months before it will need recharging via microUSB.
