Impact Kitchen, a 100 percent gluten free restaurant, catering, and grocery store that now runs four locations in Toronto, has expanded its services with the addition of a loyalty app that makes its offerings more accessible to consumers throughout the city.
Co-Founder Josh Broun decided to launch the app after reopening the company's locations after temporality shuttering them in response to the pandemic. With many still preferring to opt for takeout and delivery, Broun partnered with restaurant technology company Givex to increase revenue and make Impact Kitchen's online ordering process more streamlined.
The Impact Kitchen app can be accessed through the company's website, and is available to both Android and iOS users. For every order, users can receive five percent back in Impact Points. The app also allows them to redeem loyalty rewards and stay up to date with its latest offerings.
