If you live in a bachelor apartment, you can likely appreciate the spacial solution created by the Ice Bed. Dreamed up by Who Cares?! Design, this is an expansive interior structure that begins to look like part of the architecture.
DuPont's Corian material is molded into a geometric enclosure that seems to spiral rigidly from ceiling height, down to the floor. It wraps around the mounted mattress, producing a wall for partial privacy and a cozy little nook that's zoned especially for sleeping. On the inside of the Ice Bed, the designers have built in a recessed shelf, inviting you to display and organize your personal possessions. These areas have even been enhanced with the installation of LED lighting for a visually striking setup all around.
