Hush seating is the latest furniture creation that advocates the need for some comforting privacy now and again. Since many of us find ourselves constantly connected to something, be it through traditional settings like work or digital communities like Facebook and Twitter, the Hush seating provides a womblike cocoon that offers a space for for contemplation and rest.
Designed by recent design school grad Freyja Sewell, the Hush seating is quite versatile. Made out of 100 percent wool felt, it can be bent in a multitude of ways so as to be used as a classic couch or as a secluding pod. The cushions have been stuffed with recycled wool fibers, making it quite eco-friendly as well.
