This futuristic 'Loup de Mer' houseboat is a design concept by Espen Erikstad. Is this what is to replace apartment living on the coastal cities in the future?
The 3D renders are very nice, and the textures are not that bad either. 'Loup de Mer' really gives you that Swiss-designed, open concept feel. I wouldn’t mind owning one of these duplexes myself. However, it does look almost too alien for my taste.
I’d love to see one built. With all the windows it would be a pretty sweet floating retreat.
