If you've ever seen Star Wars and wanted to lavish your house with the stylish Jedi furnishing, you'll be happy to hear that it is not only available in a galaxy far, far away. Very literally Keith Dixon is bringing the idea of Star Wars home furnishing down to earth, but not close enough to touch, because his range of household furniture will allow you to hover off the ground.
This remarkable futuristic furniture would be fashioned with a see through acrylic seat using magnets attached to the base and bottom of the seat which would repel each other away giving you that floating sensation.
The lounger would be adjustable for a height of up to 14 inches using connecting rods which also act as a stabilizer, restraining the seat from repelling sideways. Set to be released on the market in March this piece of hover furniture will cost you $11,500!
