KAWS has again teamed up with London’s House of Voltaire to introduce a luxurious limited-edition cashmere blanket, FRACTURE. This release commemorates Voltaire's 30th anniversary and dedicates a portion of proceeds directly to the nonprofit’s mission to foster artist-led initiatives and elevate the contemporary arts community.
Handcrafted in Scotland, each FRACTURE blanket is woven from 100% superfine cashmere, ensuring warmth and a premium feel. Measuring 180 cm by 130 cm, the blanket is produced using a meticulous double-sided knitting technique: one side displays KAWS’s signature graphic style, while the reverse side features an intricate bird' s-eye pattern that lends a sophisticated touch.
This exclusive design is inspired by KAWS’s DAY BY DAY series and is limited to only 85 individually numbered pieces, making it a coveted collector’s item. Priced at about $2,200, each blanket will be available through House of Voltaire’s online store starting November 11.
