Misplacing your keys is not a problem if you have the Hone Keychain. Created by the Los Angeles-based app designer Geoffrey Litwak, the keychain works with a downloadable app to detect your keys. This ingenius idea to solve an age-old problem debuted as a Kickstarter project and has since reached the target of $46,000.
Using Bluetooth technology, the Hone Keychain will trigger from a distance of up to 150 feet once you launch the app. The keychain will then light up and vibrate allowing the user to hone in on them. You will never lose your keys with Hone, which is great for those scatterbrain days when you are rushing out of the house.
Produced entirely in the United States, the product is expected to ship out October 2012.
