Ellen Smith — October 23, 2020 — Fashion
The winners of Helmut Lang's T-shirt contest have been revealed. At the height of lockdown, the designer brand put out a call for designers to create a shirt with the term 'Stay Home" as their prompt. After countless submissions, the finalists were narrowed down to 14 talented artists. More recently, the three winners were announced, with their submissions being sold under the designer's name for a limited-edition run.
Not only does this contest create excellent promotional material, it aligns the brand with that of sensibility and consumer care as they were encouraging consumers to be safe and protect others as COVID-19 continued to transmit. All three of the winning shirts are available for purchase online.
