The Hedron Coffee Table is a stunning lesson in geometry and how it can be applied in the most creative of ways to everyday objects. Although this has been going on for the last few months, this design has a particularly raw quality about it that embraces the basic form beautifully. In fact, the base of the Hedron Coffee Table could easily be mistaken for oversized chemistry props.
Designed by Benjamin Migliore, a French-Argentinien designer based in Barcelona, Spain, the Hedron Coffee Table is made out of wood. It uses the same construction method as his previous Octahedrons stool, right down to the same same connecting joints. Overall, the Hedron Coffee Table has a minimalist appeal that is also very sculptural.
