Moss Develops the Grow Lamp to Simplify Gardening

California-based design studio Moss developed the Grow Lamp, which is a unique structure that simplifies the indoor gardening experience. The Grow Lamp is both a planter and a lamp that aids users who have little to no gardening experience. Founders of Moss Strahinja Spasojević and Nicolas Riano created this to make the hobby more accessible and adapt to urban environments.
They wanted to create a hydroponic system that was user-friendly and provided carious functions in a seamless manner. The team explains the design, stating the "Grow Lamp adopts friendly curves, encouraging greater interaction between the product and the user, in line with our design approach. Its compact size is tailored to accommodate most average-sized houseplants and its precise height serves as a visual cue for optimal harvesting time for most herbs."
