Andrea Walsh Creates Stunning Ceramic and Glass Crystals

In her collection 'Faceted Boxes,' designer Andrea Walsh showcases her talents at blending different materials into decorative treasures with her ceramic and frosted glass crystals.
Using delicate bone china to offset the crystalline glass, Walsh creates little trinkets that would look just as great in a pirate's chest as they would on someone's desk. The multifaceted and colored glass takes on the appearance of precious gems, such as turquoise, sapphires and obsidian, some almost completely clear and others more deeply hued and opaque.
Clusters of these bone china and frosted glass crystals in different sizes and shapes would look glamorous on a side table, decorating the home with the look of freshly set jewels that just came out of the ground.
