Why should home bookcases only be square?
I love this giant, wonderful, graphic shelving unit which reminds me of a beautiful spider’s web.
It is in fact an art piece which was showed to the public at Art Basel in Miami in December 2008 as part of a multimedia exhibition featuring painting, sculpture, video and performance from artists all over the world.
The title of the exhibition was ‘It ain’t fair,’ presented by O.H.W.O.W. who had instructed a number of art curators to create a huge exhibition with the focus on downtown Manhattan. The whole show was unified by a black line pattern that ran through the show rooms and and climaxed in this lovely bookcase.
