This giant Angelpoise desk lamp is just brilliant.
First designed in the 1930’s, no one could argue that the Anglepoise desk lamp is not truly a design icon. To celebrate its birthday, those lovely people at Anglepoise have developed this model that is three times the size of the original. Besides its super size, the only design change made is that this iteration comes with coasters to make moving easier--it's blooming heavy!
I think it is destined to become a design classic in its own right, but since its prices start at £1500 I can only wax lyrical about it and dream.
