Making even the simplest products better and smarter, Finnish design company Fiskars has reinvented basic gardening tools and striking tools to suit both gardening and hardware needs.
Taking a high-performance approach to two unexpected product lines, Fiskars has created tools to make tough jobs easier. With tools featuring the industry’s best shock control system, Fiskars’ line of IsoCore™ Striking tools features a patented design that absorbs strike shock and vibration, reducing the punishment the body takes. The tools feature an insulation sleeve that captures the initial shock caused by the strike before it can reach the user.
Fiskars’ new collection of clearing tools includes five different tools to help cut back and remove unwanted growth. The tools allow for one-handed use, which makes it easy to grab and pile cuttings. With ultra-sharp blades featuring a low-friction, rust-resistant coating, the tools glide through tough materials without sticking.
The handles of both the clearing and striking tools features thermoplastic rubber punctuated with dimples of various sizes to help with grip and prevent blisters.
