Prior to the newest Game of Thrones season premiere, HBO set up a Game of Thrones exhibition in New York with five commissioned art pieces inspired by the series.
The #ArtTheThrone event at the Angel Orensanz Center featured an illuminated depiction of Brienne of Tarth, an oversized upside-down crown large enough for guests to walk through and a six-piece portrait series of Daenerys Targaryen.
As well as building anticipation ahead of the sixth season's launch, the artful fantasy show exhibit succeeded at providing fans with a look back at Game of Thrones' history over previous seasons. At the event, fans were delighted to be in attendance with the cast members who play Grey Work and Gilly on the show.
