Craig Barnes has officially unveiled a fully restored and revamped Futuro House, which was originally unveiled in 1968. The spherical blue fly saucer-like home is currently residing on a rooftop in London England.
The alien-esque home presents a whimsical aesthetic and is filled with futuristic seating to provide a more authentic aspect. The bright blue exterior features circular windows, which are framed in a black lining. There is also unique ramp-like entrance. Inside the shuttle, the entire perimeter is lined with white spaceship chairs padded with yellow cushions.
After an extensive restoration process, Craig Barnes plans to utilize the refurbished Futuro House as a venue for events. It is currently being used by the Central Saint Martins, which is a college for art and design in London. The flying saucer will "host a year long series of events to run alongside 'The Intelligent Optimist' exhibition."
