This is hilarious. When creative, wonky heads have time on their hands and too much energy, they come up with this kind of stuff. It's a great way to recycle old shoes as each wheel has eight separate sneakers. No one knows why Max Knight built it but it looks good enough to be in a pop art museum. Apparently it works...kind of:
