I've been noticing a lot of fringed footwear over the past few months and it's not on costumes or in Wild West shows. It's in collections of haute couture and in the local department store. I have a feeling that it's not disappearing anytime soon.
I admit that some of it is fun. But some of it is downright disturbing, especially when it's hanging off the shoe like a creature along for the ride.
Implications - While fringes are up and coming in footwear as a must-have accent to that perfect pair of heels, many see the pattern as bold and excessive.
