Form Us With Love Alters its Workplace into a Functioning Bistro
Amy Duong — February 9, 2025 — Art & Design
Local design firm Form Us With Love has transformed their waterfront studio into a bistro as a part of Stockholm Design Week. Visitors can meet at the location and eat -- they can truly test the furniture that is on display as well. This project is the second part of Testing Grounds, which is an installation by the studio that made its debut last year for the same event.
Form Us With Love co-founder Jonas Pettersson spoke to Dezeen, "We have this long-term culture of cooking together every Wednesday. About half a year ago, someone said during that lunch, maybe we should start a restaurant, in the way that you'd say 'maybe we should start a band. Then we started talking about what kind of cuisine we would have, what we would be drinking, how we would decorate it. So we thought we would do a prototype for Stockholm Design Week."
