Being homeless leaves you without a place to call your own, so this folding tent design is intended to provide individuals with a way to make a private area in the urban environment. Living on the streets doesn't afford you much privacy, so the tent is intended to offer a spot that is private, waterproof and durable in order to create a temporary haven away from others.
The folding tent concept is crafted from environmentally friendly plastic and features a hanging solar-powered light that will offer a bit of illumination within the space. The tent can be sealed from within to prevent cold air from getting in to keep the person warm when it's cold out.
The tent is the design work of Yimu Yang, Yunpeng Li and Jiaqi Li.
