The Floating Seahorse developments are the latest example of the over-the-top opulence that Dubai has become famed for. These submerged homes, technically classified as boats, are going to be constructed by the Kleindienst Group as part of Dubai's Heart of Europe development. 42 of these structures will be built, with each offering an entire floor of submerged living, providing amazing views of marine life beneath the water.
The sea level floor will include an open plan living area, kitchen and dining area while the upper floor will be equipped with a mini bar, kitchenette and glass-bottomed jacuzzi. The master bedroom and bathroom are completely submerged, with massive windows providing a good view of marine life.
The Floating Seahorse developments further solidify Dubai as the absolute destination for unique luxurious living.
