The Dutch design firm 'Studio Truly Truly' is using flexible LED lights to create whimsical looped lamps. Although the idea of a light without a lampshade may sound unusual, these modern light fixtures are so interesting that you'll never want to cover them up.
The Levity range by Studio Truly Truly features a number of floor and pendant lamps, each of which features LED lights wrapped in a woven textile casing. Light radiates through this woven membrane in order to project a soft and familiar glow.
