The Fino and Halm make up an atypical decanter set. It is atypical more in shape than in function, however. While the Fino, which is the actual decanter, does not look very different from more traditional ones, the Halm drinking glass is quite unique. At first it might resemble more of an art piece or a contemporary fish tank. In a way, it resembles the designer's rEvolution Wine Glass.
Designed by Martin Jakobsen, a designer hailing from Denmark, the Fino and Halm work together beautifully. It can be used for just about any sort of liquid, from water to juices and even wines. For the latter, Jakobsen writes, "It breakes all convention in tableware! Turn your glass upside down and put inside a straw. Do not be afraid of tiresome bees or dust never more"
